Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Electrical components (e.g., sensors, ECU modules)
  • Damaged items caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Any item not returned in its original condition

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@advanceauto511.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider.
